Conversation with ALT

Discussed implementation of ALT CMALT e-portfolio using Petal2 Sakai with Rhonda Riachi and Teresa Prochazka.

Aims:
- to get an ALT Petal2 (Sakai) e-portfolio case study for CMALT running by end of January 2007
- to recruit 10-12 ALT folk to use new system for about 6 weeks from end January to Mid March and report
- to install new Petal2 Sakai system on ALT's servers.

Corrollary:
- There should be maybe 2 CMALT assessors who will agree to assess using the system. I would be willing to be one but accept that there could be a perceived conflict of interest.

Suggest that incentive might be offered to case study folk in form of CMALT fee waiver/reduction. Of course membership is up to assessors

Actions:
- GR and TP to meet on Wed 6 December 0930 - 1100 for briefing and familiarisation with new Sakai system
- After this meeting GR and TP to brief Knowledge Integration on requirements for CMALT Petal2
- TP/ALT CMALT Manager to draft Case Study Scenario Template
